Great room comfort, but the dining service was slow and frustrating.

A wild dining experience!

The place is nice, but wow, the service at the restaurant was a mess. My girlfriend’s chicken sandwich was inedible, and the server took forever to sort out our bill. Plus, they kept knocking on our door over a charge mix-up, which was sooo awkward. At least the bar had some options we liked.

The staff provided exceptional service at check-in, making for a welcoming arrival. Enjoyed the clean grounds and efficient air conditioning in the room. However, the lack of room service options was disappointing, and the time it took for hot water to arrive in the shower was frustrating.

I had a fantastic stay here. The Beautiful King Room was spacious and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant. Free parking was an added bonus! 🍗

Had an amazing stay! The restaurant’s food was incredible, especially the wings! I could've eaten them all night. Just wish the rooms felt a bit more modern. Overall, a fun getaway! 😄

First off, I slept amazing, very comfortable king size bed. The hot wings at the bar were AMAZING, thank you, Hannah May! ! Also, I had all the Diet Dew I could drink.

I had a pleasant stay at Harrah'S Casino & Hotel during my recent business trip. The Deluxe King Room was comfortable and spacious, providing a conducive environment for work. I appreciated the 24-hour reception and the efficient room service for meals, which enhanced my overall experience. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making it easy to access any needed assistance. The casino atmosphere added a lively touch to my evenings.

I had a nice time at Harrah's Casino & Hotel. The Deluxe King Room scored high for comfort. Sleeping well was easy. the bed felt just right. The food at the Guy Fieri restaurant exceeded my expectations. I stuffed myself with delicious wings, which really hit the spot after a long day. Staff members were super friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The casino vibe kept things lively in the evenings, and it was fun trying my luck at the slot machines. However, the hotel itself had a few bumps. The overall décor felt a bit dated, which took away from the experience. The check-in process could have been quicker. I noticed a few guests waiting longer than I would prefer. Also, inconsistency in housekeeping service stood out. I needed to ask for toiletries a couple of times, which was slightly frustrating. Free parking was a nice touch, at least. Would love to see some modern updates next time I visit.

Family Fun and Fantastic Food!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We dined at the 24/7 restaurant, and I highly recommend the omelettes, which are delicious and reasonably priced. We created lasting memories late into the night!

This place suits me perfectly. With free parking, a fitness center, and a great restaurant, it has everything I need. The staff helped me find great shopping during my first visit. Can't wait to return next year!
